i was definately ten, ten years ago. was i playing the pokemon games at the same time i was playing rs? i remember them removing wilderness and adding ge. i think i remember talking about pokemon pearl when it came out.

ohh shit. im getting good nostalgia right now. yeah.

so my neighbor just bought a prebuilt deck, forgot which. we tried playing, using the same deck. so we start the match with 5(?) cards and on our turns we'd draw from the same deck. Kek, I remember being confused about energy, he understood how it worked, but i insisted that he was wrong and said they were used for evolving, instead. I get the deck with pic related in it. still pretty dope that its not his normal typing. my older brother read the manual, i realize i was wrong about energy and we play sharing the same deck.

my neighbor and i start playing the pokemon tcg, with our own decks. we bought packs and shit. made our own shitty drawings of fusioned pokemon. AHHHHHH

but in 2007, i guess, the d&p anime comes out. and im bummed out that the deck i bought isnt new anymore. my bro took an interst in pokemon and buys pearl for his DS.
