Of course we're having client issues the minute I decide to post the thread.
Someone DDOS'd the server today and the admins are still recovering. I foolishly thought they were ready since the server had been up for about an hour.

The server is having a 'quick reboot' as we speak. Hopefully these issues will be solved.

Oh, I'll definitely keep this bookmarked. I never really got huge into Wurm, but I always wanted to play the fuck out of it, always want to scratch that UO itch. If things change on this server I'll make them try out Wurm.

last time I played wurm we made a shitty village with around 10 or more or so people from /v/ we kept dying to random wolf attacks on the village

Oh, I agree, it is outdated in a lot of respects, but its just too nostalgia inducing for me. Been playing the game since I was 8, it means too much to me.
Crafting is still fun though, I love being able to go out and gather stuff, knowing I could get PK'd at any second, makes the game way more fun.

Housing is a shame though, especially on populated servers.

Speaking of wolves, I see you can tame them with the right skills. Might just be innawoods hermit with a guard wolf.
