I hated how you could get shafted by your characters leveling up.

Dude in a party hitting a level before the rest of your party won't go into dungeons with the rest of them so you have to recruit a new lower level dude, but he's too weak to do the dungeons the rest of your party was doing, so....

That's the one thing I really couldn't handle. Just make the guy cost more to go into the dungeon, or not receive any XP and take part of the resources.

But don't just fuck me like this through something that should be a benefit.
