Ultimately 1st and 2nd Party Nintendo Switch games are the best collection of exclusives you could have if you're not looking for multiplats. However, it's best to wait for 2018 if you're looking forward to the switch as it'll have Kirby, Pokemon, Yoshi and Metroid Prime 4. Wait to get ARMS when it has a new DLC character and get Splatoon 2 when it has new stages and weapons or just get it if you're looking forward to the single player. Also wait for Odyssey.

Exclusives clearly do next to nothing for a system, so what's the point of harming a game in the ways that Knack and Bloodborne are when consoles could very comfortably exist by providing value to the customer as a cheap way to play games? It's not an argument against consoles, it's an argument for exclusives being in the best interest of nobody (unless you've personal investment in being the only one able to play your baby toy)
