It's literally fucking not. The removal of quickplay is what killed TF2. The biggest problem with "casual" is that you can no longer drop in and out of valve servers, as they don't appear on the server browser. Quickplay was a perfect system until they removed it. If they put it back and removed the "we can be overwatch too!" retarded matchmaking system, then it would fix the largest problem with the game, actually getting in to good matches.
