It was that weird period in the early 2000s where NA was getting licenses to hentai, but as a stipulation, it had to be de-censored. Problem came when people in Japan were importing the NA versions to bypass their censorship laws. These days you'll be lucky to see 1 or 2 uncensored hentai per year with stuff like Fuzzy Lips being a recent standout. Even the dub isn't completely awful with the girls somehow managing to sound lewd instead of just porn stars reading lines with no effort.
