I am still waiting for the MEGA, but I've played superdemo - and, like Wizardry7, it's basically a crossover between pure blobber (like, Elminage Gothic or whatever was released recently) and inventory-based puzzle game with insane amounts of backtracking between different parts of the world and trying to apply McGuffins on different strange contraptions. The McGuffins look colorful and interesting, and do interesting things at correct map spots. Also, there are secrets everywhere, but it's, like, whatever, because you just have "Detect Secrets" spell constantly turned on - and just 100% the map just like that. The whole thing sort of has an aesthetic of a roomful of toys (and it's impossible to take it anywhere near seriously due to how blatantly mishmashed everything is, which is also part of the charm).
