I think a lot of it is really people haven't spent enough time in the lab to really show off tech. I'm sure once someone like Desk gets his hand on this game there'll be some cool shit to see. I've also seen people critiquing universal systems like homing dash and ki blasts saying it homogenizes the cast, and forces everyone to play the same, but that's it.

Buu seemed like he could possibly have some potential, but he wasn't utilized at all. He basically seemed like a fat Gohan, which was disappointing, but I think he has something to set him apart from others. Like his Angry Explosion being completely invincible and stops every other special shown? That is a great skill.

I think he might be a hidden gem.
