Without a doubt Team Fortress 2, been playing since 2007/2008 and it's a game me and my friend have consistently come back to over the years, about to play it right now actually.

If I had to name reasons, we've played it so long that coming back to even after a year it's easy to pick up again, it's all muscle memory. It's also a game where as a medic combo we can really pull the weight on a team.

I'm biased but I thoroughly enjoyed each game but I'm a Batman and comic book fan. The game makes you feel like you're Batman.

I'd say New Vegas but I've explored everything and gotten completely bored of it now. I guess total war games but I'm very burnt out on them and need a new historical title and/or lizardmen.
