does anyone else thing it was a stupid move for Nintendo to:

there's a shit ton of my friends using the Switch more so than the 3DS since ARMS was out.

also, of all the people i tried convincing to about Swapdoodle, the number one complaint was the "drawing on a small screen" or "already use to drawing on my bigger tablet"

would be nice if i can send doodles or notes to friends i got on my Switch, doesn't have to be a Swapdoodle port either.

300 slots and 3 colors is pretty much what I expected from it (ends up being a sendable version of the 3DS notepad).
The most prominent issue is none of those though (except the switch one not coming out), it's the lack of a ZOOM tool. All those heavy detail drawings on miiverse rely on the zoom to put them in, it really helps alleviate the issue of the small screen.

I used to use it a bit, but everything I made was shitty and if I tried to be technically "impressive" with anything it was just basic entry knowledge. Something like pic related with some other crap added on that didn't follow the rules of perspective or anything. Everything else I made was a shitty, literal doodle. Nowadays I have my hands on a tablet, but I still barely know anything more besides some very barebones tips from other amateur drawfag friends I know and everything I draw is using an aliased brush which is just a crutch for me. I don't practice at all, unless you consider the trash I make to be some kind of abstract exercise. Whenever I see better art, I punch myself for being a lazy sack of shit that sits in bed all day and who doesn't strive to improve himself in skills and trades he's interested in.

I digress. I added a bunch of artists on here and I haven't checked all of my notes because going through all of them and deleting the old ones is a painful process. My advice is just to draw. Be critical of your art (not too critical or else you'll want to quit), practice several times a week and look at other artist.

Hurt you how? So long as you properly calibrate your tablet the experience should be seamless.

It's not the muscle memory that counts either. strong understanding of foundations and knowledge of how to draw something are far more important.
