I liked it back when it came out but honestly thinking back RDR was extremely repetitive, not sure if I'd want to play it again. Shooting peoples' hats off was cool though.

This is probably the last console game I played for a long period before switching to PC, I recently played it on PlaystionNow and boy has it aged terribly.

Sadly the most likely answers are never and never. The RDR engine (a fork of RAGE) is a pile of spaghetti code.
