This was probably discussed in the previous thread but it was kind of an autistic clusterfuck as they usually are when new shit drops so I'll ask here:

Does the inclusion of Blue Sphere in Mania confirm no Sonic 3 Taxman port after all? Do you think they'd do one anyway despite having Blue Sphere in Mania? I mean I guess it doesn't really matter, it just seems like an odd choice to pick for a bonus stage, rather than simply coming up with a new one or re-using one the old bonus stages, so it got my neurons firing a little.

Well, Sonic 3&k had 2 types of bonus stages so I guess it's possible that halfpipe or the original is still in the game and not just blue spheres.
