But really the 3DS games are dope as fuck, while I understand the disillusionment and criticism, specially in light of how well received they can seem, I feel there's a lot of merit and quality that often goes ignored even from those who like them. I mean you can still have whatever opinion you want, and I'm not about to say they're perfect or flawless, but I feel we're too eager to forgive the flaws of games like 64 or Super Star while simultaneously always ready to pounce at any modern game's shortcomings

Most all Kirby games don't take long to 100%, and it couldn't have been more rushed than Amazing Mirror, that game had like 3 studios working on it and it shows when you look closely, people somehow complain about the modern games' tile use when all of AM's areas where 80% cookie cutter tilesets, couldn't even give most boss rooms unique environments. Still a great game though, I'm not a fag who dismisses perfectly good games.

Well provided it does that well it shouldn't be a problem aside from personal preference/taste towards the platforming
And if that's the case then the level design as a whole has to be looked at from a different angle, not to mentioned there's a lot of different things at play in the new game's levels you don't see in earlier titles.
Also that one point about tiles and level design reminds me the Challenge Stages are underrated as fuck, but while modern those Wii not 3DS
