If you don't do both, characters will still be speaking English where Xseed added voice lines for the port. the directory should be data/voice/wav and from there I believe it's just drag and drop

Understandable, but it's not that it isn't that good, more that it just isn't as good. Still a great game. Story has some downright silly moments, but I mostly found them ignoreable. I liked that Cold Steel had more going on related to worldwide politics than Sky.
