because all you'd do is sit around and go to meetings all day, eating pasta and ravioli in between.
maybe a strategy game where you go to war against other clans would be cool.
you start off with a group of local guys you recruit and take over a local mafia crews rackers.
then you keep climbing up. sending out soldiers you recruit to do hits and extort businesses and if all goes right you become the boss.
that would be fucking great.
