Best way to rise from such low ranks I guess would be learn how to play Genji. He has good damage and bad players seem to be unable to hit anything that is airborne. Although if you are unable to learn how to play him well and climb then of course you should remain bronze. Pharah is a much easier alternative to him if you can get some beta fag to pocket you as Mercy.

A Roadhog I can hear a mile away, so I know to wait for a hook. Reinhardt charging is even louder.

he's okay in ranked, not in qp. In ranked just stick with your supports so you can kill winstons jumping them. It's hard to do much else as him unless your team is good and keeping the enemy team busy so you can engage without getting slaughtered before getting close. In QP he's bad because you'll be fighting 6 long range squishies which is not ideal for him.

Try using Reaper against her, NOT roadhog since he has such a huge hit box, but Reaper on the other hand has his shotguns with decent spread which makes hitting her skinny body easier. Also definitely use his repositioning to find her teleporter and destroy it
