Unless you cant afford the sub there is no reason to start on f2p before members, the quests will let you skip a good chunk of the starting levels for most skills

It's coming to phones in Winter, so the popularity is very likely to increase by a solid amount. Not sure if those crowds will stay or move on to the next thing, but it'll definitely make logging into f2p servers really fucking hard for a while.

waterfall quest can be done at level 3 and gives 30 attack and strength, the knights sword gives 30ish smithing and so on, i'm too lazy to list them all but if you google an efficient questing guide it will have them all
