Anyone play captains edition mod. I highly recommend it with randomized weapons mod and randomized boss. Its a thing of beauty, basically a ftl2. Its way bigger than you'd expect from even a paid official expansion.

Have two shields by sector two, upgrade engine for dodge chance, upgrade door once or have a person there to help stop fire spread and slow intruders. Try to remove oxygen in rooms where intruders are when your doors are upgraded. Lose to final battle a million times.

Also lose crew members to space spiders 90% of the time.
