Not the best GTA game, but I do really like the map, story, and characters in IV a lot. It's the only map in the series I haven't been able to memorize because of how well designed and immersive it is.

After I beat it 10 times and still play it as a NYC walking simulator I memorize the Map pretty much. And the map has the only negative point I would agree on GTA IV: it doesn't really use his map in missions, one of the most interesting places in the game you never visit in the main game campaign, and only very few in the DLC ones.
