FUCK! Someone help me out on this!

Everytime I want to do something different I end up getting penalized in IRL game like if I drive faster i get a ticket, I punch women NPC I get arrested, I try to do side games like ACID trip but in order to do that I have to get ACID points but when I do I get fucking arrested and the waiting period to get out of the boring waiting jail gets tiring so please what do I doo in this fucking game!

Fucking hell I even tried going in public places but get in trouble because there is an odd bug that makes the female NPC hold restraining orders on me and this parol officer comes by to take me away!

So guys how do you aqyire a gun in this game?

I tried going around asking to buy a gun but the npc either go into shock, argue, fight, attack or call the police on me or just run away and when I do come across on that actually works it bugs out because the police comes around the corner to arrest the guy or he turns into a cop but still wearing civilian clothing and takes me in which I have to do a quick time event to try and get myself out of the games messed up legal system on that.

So how do you get a gun in this game?

Why are the minigames so much better than the actual game?
