This is my guess for Bethesda's Fallout 5

>Begin as resident in Vault 333
>The vault experiment is to see if radiation can be used to give people super powers
>You have a "radiation" meter that gets refilled whenever you visit highly irradiated areas, you can use the RAD meter to perform superpowers that you unlock by drinking special vials of Chemical X that are either awarded to you in quests or that are stashed away somewhere in the world
>Quests are now more like missions, like in GTA, rewards are guns, armor, or caps, there is no experience. You also can't refuse them
>There are also "radiant missions" that you can do endlessly that will give you caps, that you also can't refuse
>The majority of plot-important NPCs are non-killable
>The main plot involves you trying to find your brother, who ended up somehow getting separated from you. By end of the game he turns out to be a highly mutated leader of Supermutants and wants to nuke the entire planet.
>You do missions for everyone but near the end you have to choose between the Brotherhood of Steel or the Supermutants, there are 2 alternate endings with 2 alternate final bosses
>One of the first missions involves you acquiring the "Superman" serum and fighting a Deathclaw in hand-to-hand combat
>There are no dialog options, only cutscenes
>There is only 1 default playable character, like a Geralt of Rivia only Fallout
>Stats and skills have been completely removed
>No pip-boy
>Can drive a vehicle, can only access the radio from the vehicle, and most of the songs are recycled from Fallout 3
>Can date 6 girls, one of them is a ghoul
>The hardest mission involves you following a train while riding a motorcycle while a fat guy shoots at bandits on the train
>"War, war never changes" gets used 200 times
