Can't help you OP but I've got an issue too.

My 360 has been a laggy piece of shit ever since it got dropped down the stairs.

I'm talking it takes 5 minutes after pressing the power button for the main menu to appear and a solid minute after inserting the disc for the game to load. And crashes seem much more frequent.

Any idea what's broke in there to cause this?
