R4 is pretty much art though it is an ARCADE racer. It is THE arcade racer. Anything else like Need For Speed is a console racer. You can't really have over an hours worth of content and be an arcade game.

Don't get me wrong, Dolphin is good, but it doesn't even emulate a single Gamecube or Wii game perfectly and it never will.

If you want a sloppy, buggy, approximation of a game and are too lazy/poor to pickup a GC/Wii sure Dolphin is the next best thing, but it will always pale in comparison.
