Burst remake was a surprise, but seeing how it mainly looks like slapping the story on EV didn't give me a good impression.
Honestly the thing that interested me the most was the mobile game, mostly because it actually looks like a game unlike new wave.
As for 7, I'll maintain my expectations low for now.

This, while PBS story wasn't anything spectacular, it wasn't awfully bad either for what looks more like an spinoff at first glance, even the Crimson Squad arc which was mostly jokes was fun and never nearly as gratuitous as the second day of EV, but more importantly, it finally put an end to the beach shenanigans and started to set up things to actually progress the story.

The remaster, because hey, plot! And pinball because pinball is awesome.

Not really no.

The Vita version of SV is pretty much obsolete when compared to the Steam version because of two simple things. Letting you turn off the stripping animations and turn off the ninja art animations which broke the flow of the game by a ton. The load times are a huge buzzkill too, but since I'm assuming you're downloading them it shouldn't be an issue really.

I've never played EV at all on the Vita but there's no real reason to get it unless you just want to play it on a portable device and it's also missing the final mission since the Vita couldn't handle it.

The 3ds games are exclusive so there's no other way to play them (aside Burst remake, but gameplay wise is not even the same and won't be out until early next year).
All 3 Vita games were ported to PC (and PS4 in EV case) with better framerate, resolution and all dlc in SV and Bon Appetit case, so there's no big reason to get the vita version over those.

They'll probably let you select a default team of 5 at the start, each with their respective card, probably with an N or R rarity, and you'll have to get the rest via gacha, events, etc. Same with other versions of the same characters.
I can see they putting a gacha for outfits too, but I'm sure they'll be also part of the rewards for events and things like that.

That won't work against most other Senrans, but should be a way to clear out minor enemies. Also, if you are underleveled or trying to fight through Hard on your first run, everything is going to have super armor and that may be your only option. Playing on normal, or at least normal for the first chapter of missions and then hard for each school, should avoid running into super armor all the time.

Senran Kagura still has trouble balancing the difficulty levels.

Fate/GO doesn't let you put more than one character in the same party, so there is zero reason to hold onto more than one copy of a character. On the other hand, "variations" on a character like different rarities or alternative classes, are considered different characters. So you can field three Elizabeth, or three Medusa, just so long as they are different cards.

You also use a support character every fight, and that support can be an identical character to one you already have in your team.

Multiple characters can be fed to one another to increase their NP power, so getting multiples is not exactly a bad thing.

Fire Emblem Fates just outright lets you stick as many copies of a single character as you'd like into any army.

I haven't played Granblue, so no clue how that game handles it.

Character portraits change from their "normal" appearance above 50% HP to their "damaged" appearance when they drop below 50% HP, along with a cut-in where it switches over. They turn back to their "normal" appearance if they get healed back up.

No gameplay difference, and if you've turned battle animations off, you won't even see it. Although you can still look at their mugshot along the top, next to their stats, to get an idea of if the character is healthy or not without actually checking their HP.

Yumi was a character from Shinovi Versus, which introduced two new schools.
