I pirated it, played for like 20h and got bored of it
Pirated the dlcs a year later, played for another 20 or so hours, did part of the harbor dlc and dropped it again

Its fun but gets old really fast. Look for a guide for the best side quests, aka the ones that arent completly shit, and you'll enjoy it for a while
