No. AJ and DD are medirocre but the newest game is pretty good. Investigations 1 is okay but the second one (that only has a fan translation) is great.

You'll get mixed opinions about those games. 4 & 5 especially.
Personally I think they're fine games and far better than the mess that was AA2. Apollo Justice has some interesting moments, and the jump to 3d wasn't a bad one for this series.

My ranking would have to be
AAI2 = AA3 > AA6 > AA5 > AA1 > PWvsPL > AA4 > AAI > AA2

Spirit of Justice and AAI2 are. The first case of Apollo Justice is. The rest ranges from good to bad.

It's much more of a Layton game than an Ace Attorney game, although I did like the mechanic where you can call out a witness if they seem like they have something to add.
