I played BG&E for the first time recently, and I don't know if I'd call the world "dream-like". It's certainly imaginative and without a doubt worth playing, but I think OP is looking for something mystical-ish.

It's a 3D adventure game where you need to escape a killer by resetting a 1 day loop and talking to NPCs who all have their own schedule to figure out not to get murdered.

Never finished it myself but it's a neat concept.

Crucify me if you want but Dark Souls 2 gave me some heavy Majora's Mask vibes.

I think it was because it also had a Dark Crystal-style atmosphere which I always felt Majora's Mask sort of had too, albeit more lighthearted in a way.

If that doesn't count, I'd say Persona 3. It shares some of the atmosphere and the main theme, even if the game is completely different.
