STR increases the strength of your basic attack with a worthless minuscule increase in the strength of phys and gun skills.

Dex increase the strength of gun and phys skills with a worthless minuscule increase in the strength of the basic attack


Str is meaningless if one is planing to use phys and gun skills mostly so ignore that shit and just stack DEX

STR is useless as it only increases damage on normal attacks. Dex improves Phys and Gun skills as well as gun damage. You will most likely use the latter.

Yeah, there's an option on the main menu to import your IV save. You get some gear for free and depending on the ending you went for you get some more stuff. Pretty much anything works in Final, on my first run even though I went with Str I packed all the basic elemental skills for most of the game.
