And is that supposed to be threatening? Unless enhancement gets a frost shock in which they shouldn't unless someone runs into them, they don't have any way to catch the enemy. And even if they do catch up, they don't do that much damage anyhow and don't have a definite upper hand against most classes.

I mean, in vanilla neither talents or gear allow very deep specialization (it's a bit different in terms of HPM on downranked heals but a naked untalented guy can throw almost as big heals as a specialized healer for instance) so you might as well play enhancement on BGs with your R14 gear but the favored playstyle is to purge and shock and put down windfury to a warrior and such like and if someone gets close then maybe whack them a bit with your 2h axe too, but enhancement solo isn't a major threat for most classes, especially if escaping counts as victory (for example, shamans might be a bit annoying to fight as a mage if you intend to kill the shaman, but on BG as flag carrier you can just frost nova and blink out, leaving the shammy looking stupid).

Is anybody playing on the Acension classless server? The whole "build your own class" thing seems pretty well done and interesting but I feel too stupid as fuck and I'm worried I'm going to build something that's going to be gimped. I was thinking of going a arms warrior with shaman totems and a hunter pet but I'm assuming that everybody is going AoE heavy for quicker leveling. But I do want to PvP because I like the idea of full looting players.

Basically, I have no fucking idea what to play as. Can anybody give me some advice?

Fucker never abused Voidwalker Sacrifice to fuck over Rogues and Warriors in PvP.

VWer couldn't be CC'd, so you could cast Sacrifice the second the Rogue opened on you and absorb all of his early burst and then go into your own CC chain and save trinket for when he blinded you to try to reset.

If he ran away or vanished, you just resummon a new VWer and get ready to Sac it too.

Shit wrecked Warriors as well, but Succubi were often better because they could cast Seduce while you ran around kiting.

You basically just had to pvp like, ten percent as much as you did pve to get the dispel movement impairing trinket. Of course, it was critical that you have one in pvp. Snares were how you won or lost. I remember when it first came out and it was a game changer. suddenly kiting became much more difficult.

Man back in vanilla, when max level was 60 with AV, WSG, AB only (the good ones). If you ran into rank 14 in BG and they knew how to play you were dead unless you had at least tier 2 raid gear with hp/stamina enchants.

If you were rally good and had engineering profession every fucking BG was like a fragvid like Vurtne or some badass wow celeb. Best time of my life still as i got older. I only got rank 11UD mage before i burnt out. Got all the exalted rewards too so while i didnt get the glory i gor the big boy items.

I've been trying to find one of the old WoW videos for years. It's the one where a gnome is having trouble levelling, and some tauren shaman comes and he thinks he's about to get ganked but instead the shaman helps him.
