Beat the stage 15 times to get enough awakening medals. It only takes 30 seconds, just use the right cloud at the beginning to skip the fight.

Potential Orbs make your characters alot stronger, and you can use them when you're rank 50. There'll be a tutorial to explain more.

Just go through the stage and get as many small, medium, and large orbs as you can.

If you are under 50% at the start of turn then he is literally useless and takes more damage than anyone. When you have over 200k HP you're gonna let your team get hit under 50% a lot.

I am new to the game and having fun so far. From what i have seen in these threads it seems like SSJ4 cards are stronger in both stats and skills than SSB cards. What is the deal with that? Shouldn't SSB be stronger than SSJ4? I realize that the Super anime/manga takes place before GT/instead of GT, so there isn't really any way to canonically compare the two, but if they are going to arbitrarily decide to make one stronger than the other you would think they would try to promote Super by having those forms be stronger than GT forms. Is it because they introduced Super characters to Dokkan Battle before GT characters and they boxed themselves in because everyone expects all new release cards to be top tier?

Okay so you might remember me from a few threads ago, some kind anon helped me build an AGL team with the shit box I had (pic related, no change, just been hoarding shit, only thing I've done is work on my 17&18 to maybe push them towards LR a bit).

But now I want to try and set up a proper rainbow team, cause mine was apparently really shitty. Obviously I want to lean on either super or extreme and I think I have more viable supers than extremes (minus rose). Any ideas for what a good build would be, working under the assumption gogeta is in fact a new super rainbow leader?

I was thinking regular gogeta, ssjvegito, gotenks, and then I don't know. Obviously a full fused fighter team probably isn't viable, but those cards all seem decent anyway. Is there any characters I should be hunting for to round out that team, or should I just scrap that idea entirely and stick with focusing on my agl?

He's always gonna be a floater on a good Super AGL team though so he'll be in the third slot no matter what every 3 turns. It's better to have Super Vegito and SS4 Vegeta taking damage because only supers hurt them and Vegeta can counter with his own super and Vegito always counters on regular attacks. And remember, your HP has to be above 50%, and that's at the start of turn. So if you heal up in his turn, it doesn't matter.

Now assuming you don't have good enough units and you need to worry about defense then yea, he'll probably help.

I got him when that event was running on my first pull a week or two ago. Supposedly he's good and I will admit that extra special attack after the first one is great, but am I really supposed to farm for all those medals to awaken him? I mostly just play this game to kill time on the train so I have no clue what the fuck I'm doing most of the time.

You're not wrong. Dokkan's pretty fun cause it can be F2P without having to wait for long periods of times cause they give you so many dragon stones every day unlike most other gachaa's where they give you 1 thing per day. Gameplay's got a tiny bit of depth to it, but nothing too deep.

And yeah its DBZ so that's a big plus.

Thursday: - Mercenary Tao ( edited in as many people agree he's better than fat Gotenks)

you should prioritise

1- Chilled - Main damage output, 20% boost for SA

2- (Phy)Mech Frieza - high damage output, reduces enemy attack, only 9 ki needed to super at max SA

3- King vegeta - Gets a lot of ki naturally so will be supering a lot
