Had promise, fighting against that evil mage and getting the town to help you was cool for a porn game, but it just died when you got to the capital. Best ending was marrying the innkeeper last update I saw. Maybe one day it'll move forward with the actual game, get even more demons to rape, do something with the babies you pump out and a true end with the futa forming a harem of all the girls after slaying the demon king but for now I keep it on my computer for a quick fap every couple of months.

Vitamin Quest was a huge disappointment for me.

VH has gotten a lot of time for this so it's quite hard to say, I was nicely surprised by how different the starter town is in VH and all the events if your character is a full blown slut.

The only way to get a game the same closely the same fast enough is to have non-scripted events but make them dynamic in reaction, but that gives a feeling of genericness and applying enough nuance can be difficult.
