Redesigning a cover to feature a new world with better color matching to the rest of the artwork is not in anyway comparable or indicative of the content of the game being altered in any way shape or form. The desert level and the sombrero outfit have been on display in every single promotion for the game since the official reveal in January. It has been playable at every demo, and spoken of in high regards by every treehouse live event staff member. In all of this time there has not been a single noticeable change to any aspect of the level or outfit. There is literally no evidence that any censorship has occurred.

They changed the box. Because the new one is more colorful, and shows off a new feature (swimming).
