I really don't understand what the point is of playing mobile games. I have literally never played a mobile game that I didn't get utterly sick of within a week, maximum.

If I play anything on my phone, it's emulated NES/SNES/GB games with a Bluetooth Super Nintendo controller. Everything else just seems like a waste of energy.

I dropped $20-$50 into that game every month.
I quit a couple months ago because a dollar in that game doesn't go as far as it used to.
Honestly I'm glad I quit it. I had so much anxiety playing that game because you have to constantly pay attention to it to be able to unlock all the characters and shit.
Not having to worry about that has put a huge load off my shoulders.

Tae Kim's app is basically just the info from his website/book. It's not interactive.
Apps like Duolingo will teach you the wrong information and you'll come out of it unable to understand anything or be understood. It's bad, avoid it or any similar apps.
A certain type of App can be helpful, but not Duolingo like that poster had.

I recently got into Shadowverse. Prior to that I played Magic Duels (but I abruptly stopped when the devs said "no more").

Prior to playing Mobile CCGs I was big into Capcom Fightan games. After Capcom shit the bed massively with SFV and MVCI, I needed somewhere to go, and thus, I became a mobile shitter.

One comment, if you compare Shadowverse's release/payment model with Street Fighter V, I honestly believe Shadowverse is a better deal for the consumer. In SFV you have to pay full price for the game, AND pay for freemium, where as Shadowverse is free-to-play, and you can be a whale if you want to ,but playing entirely free is still possible.

Seriously though, fuck Capcom, and their inability to make good games anymore.

I have an option of either a Moto G4 for around 200$, or a Redmi 3S with a cheapy tablet (Westington W7T3G) included for free for about 175$ (these are roughly in my local currency because I'm not an ameriburger, mind you).
I'm probably acting like a brand loyalist because I'm still leaning more towards the G4 because of the cleaner ROM, but I've been seeing it has a lot of reported ghost touch issues, and it actually has a slightly less capable chipset and GPU than the 3S.
