The solution is not to play with randoms. Not only is it a diceroll of who you will have to face but you are rolling optional, even more important, dice of who will be on your team if you don't form a group. Even 3 or 4 in a group will greatly reduce the random factor of retards on your team.

Just tank your MMR and squash bronzies. Most of the platinum - GM players have already created smurfs specifically for this purpose.

You'll get games quickly, and the level of play is decent now that smurfs outnumber true bronze players in bronze.
