Paladins is what you really want if you want OW, since OW is dying slowly so why drop $40 on it.

HotS is only if you will very rarely play a MOBA so you don't want the memorization that comes with DOTA2 , LOL, or Smite.

It's just as 'toxic' as other mobas but you can't talk to the other team, you have to deal with far more shitters, ranked is garbage, casual play is full of blizzdrones who are garbage and will then just talk in teamchat after being shit about 'calm down dude im high of course implaying bad lol' when you just want to enjoy the game without some feeder running down mid.
