I bought a boxed flashcart
boxed if I can
Where do you buy them man? I was looking but they kinda look shady. If you know somewhere legit hmu pls
I used to buy loose GBA carts from GameStop all the time. I kind of assume they don't have them anymore though I havent actually been in a GameStop in a long time
Holy shit, that image made me remember the way I felt as a child when seeing a bunch of Sega Genesis cartridges together. Every one of them had an amazing world to discover inside and I just couldn't believe the technology.
The magic is long gone now.

boxed
I kept my GBC and GBA boxes around as long as possible until I got too many and eventually decided to throw them out because they were taking up too much space
boxed even if it is expensive as hell
and fuck Nintendo for making them out of cardboard, terrible idea

shit i remember the same with NES games at blockbuster
all of them with different visuals, gameplay, music, stories, save systems (if any)
now i have a usb stick with a complete NES ROM collection. i'd say the magic is gone
Loose, price are going autistically high when they're boxed and I don't have a collection, I just want to play games.

Same
Original GBA boxes were flimsy cardboard anyways.
If it were DS games, then I'd be serious about cases

You can turn DS cases into GBA cases, people made GBA covers for DS cases on coverproject.
Loose nowadays, but during my school days I would go after sealed boxes. Still have some of the boxes for some reason though.
Any handheld game that is cardboard boxed I just buy loose. If it's DS or whatever I buy complete. Any NES or Genesis game I buy to collect I almost always opt for CiB

Ofcourse im buying unboxed are you retarded.
I don't collect games, I just want to play them and im not willing to fork over 180$ for some old vidya that i will play maybe once or twice every few months.
What pisses me off is that autistic white guys that are in Japan will buy these old games for pennies, then resell them in the west on ebay for hundreds of dollars.
Fuck you for ruining retro gaming for me.
