>incredibly tech-focused; tech & visual fidelity are always #1 priority
>too afraid to take risks; pander incredibly to the "what's hot today"
>all the real talent that pioneered the company have left; keep handing everything to the one talent who stayed all these years and treat him like shit)

>remasters/HD collections/remakes because it's safer than actually making new IPs
