I wouldnt say that MG games are 10/10,
but apart from the obvious flaws and hate MGS5 and MGS4 gets, i really appreciate Kojima inserting so much personality into his games.
With all his writing quirks, crazy characters and TECHNOLOGY, his games do stand out in the sea of the bland and souless market-driven AAA games we get today.
I think its nice having crazy people with access to huge budgets and complete control over the development of games

No game is 10/10, but when Kojima works on something at least you know it'll be fun and polished. Even MGSV, incomplete as it was, had extremely polished gameplay and was fun, same can be said of Z.O.E. or anything else had had a part in... except that one castlevania game, but he was brought in at the end to pull it out of development hell and nothing more.

I think MGS2 and 3 are pretty widely considered to be 10/10s, but I don't think the others are. None of the others go below an 8 in my opinion tho. They're all great games
