I'd say more people don't know what Unreal Tournament is. Quake 3/Live has a larger playerbase alone than Unreal Tournament 4, 99 and UT2004 combined.

The game's fine. Aiming, shooting, movement, the general feel of the game are all fine to good. I don't much like the whole champions idea or the game modes or half the maps but that's a taste thing, really.

The game looks good in stills but it's way too busy for me and I can't actually see anything in game. The game does the dumb team coloured outline instead of team coloured models thing and that sucks and its hard to see.

No, it is not good. It has good elements, but those elements essentially make it a much worse version of Quake 3. None of the new stuff it brings to the table is anything but shit, so while Q3 exists this game is entirely without worth.
