Stalker is one of my favorite series, even though it's technically Ukrainian.
Pathologic is one of the most unique games in the industry. But you either love it to death or you hate it, no inbetween. Very hard to get into and very rewarding if you don't lose interest until it finally gets good. Remake is on the way
HoMMV was made by russians if I'm not mistaken and it's really good, I love it.
There's this older arpg Konung that has a really nice use of slavic folklore, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it much as it's pretty clunky and very unbalanced.

Other than that I don't really know of any good ones

7.62 High Calibre, on the technical side, the game's atrocious. I find it really fun though, especially with the mods that fix the broken shit and add a fuck-ton more guns.

Every NPC talks like a robot who gained sentience through meticulous reading of every book on human philosophy ever recorded, and is incapable of producing simple words constructs even if his life depended on it. Games writing would benefit infinitely from handing it to someone who doesn't smell his own farts for a living, and that's a fact. You can leave symbolism, atmosphere and whatever the hell else you have managed to dig up in this game for yourself intact, but christ almighty, there is no excuse to make the dialogues sound like I'm watching a 17th century stage play. And no, even if you'd say "but it's supposed to be like that!"
