If you have a PS3, try to find an used Driving Force GT wheel and add Gran Turismo 5/6 to it. I bought mine when GT5 launched and has lasted me this long, and has incredible compatibility with PC games, when you want to move onto other stuff like Codemaster's games.

Depends where you live really. I live in Paris, public transportation is some of the best in the world even though people complain, and you'd be crazy to have a car considering the traffic jams, and unless you have a parking spot which are expensive as fuck like everything else, and if you plan on parking in the street, you can easily spend over an hour driving in circles to find one, and you eventually find one that's so far from your destination, you end up taking the subway.

Fuckloads of games have Crown Vics, usually as police cars, but very few of them let you drive it. Only ones that come to mind offhand are NFS Hot Pursuit 2 and Forza Horizon 3, and good luck finding a game with a Town Car, Grand Marquis or Marauder.
