Mewtwo is too slow for my plat style and I fuck wits snake, Marios slide attack is so easy to combo along with the Up A's so I'm working on him

I prefer Brawl Minus
I've also been trying outside some arcade fighting vidya recently and I really liked Cybots (despite being bad at it).

brawl minus is neat but for me it's too silly to think much on it. it's more over the top than I need smash to be.

project m is basically the game I wanted brawl to be, and in many ways the game I wanted melee to be. it's euphoric smash for me.

Then no, it doesn't need an emulator, it boots the same way Project M does.
As for why it's more fun, it's because every character is given properties that make them completely broken (Bowser becomes a grappler for example). It's take on Falcondorf is probably one of the best versions of Falcondorf period.

I completely agree with you, Melee is expensive too so since brawl was so trash I was like fuqqit and I got the mod and I've never been so in love before in my life, just started playing around two days ago and after playing ssf, tekken, mortal combat, soul calibur and whatnot, it still doesn't compare to the fun and satisfaction of edge guarding and spiking your opponent
