Probably not. Half Life 3 is a literal meme now, and chances of a sequel are small. I think they'll ride the Steam train as long as possible while occasionally releasing some gimmick VR game.

probably not. They are probably just going to keep sustaining tf2, cs:go and dota 2 for a long time. If they did make another game it would be another multiplayer game, so no half life 3.
