It just doesn't have a reason to exist.

PH is not bad. 'meh' at worst and merely 'good' at best.
Unlike Zelda II which is objectively broken and badly designed in a multitude of ways. It's the only truly bad Zelda game.

It was decent, but definitely below par. I remember likening it to a demo, with bad graphics and controls. Good thing they dropped it after Spirit Tracks, which was a step up. ALBW felt much more right.
