What the fuck have they been up to?

Hopefully making a Rocket: Robot on Wheels sequel.

They're probably gonna make a PS4 adaptation of the upcoming Sly movie, just like Ratchet & Clank

Confirmed to be a new IP, not a new inFamous or Sly. It's open-world, but that's all that's known so far.
Yoshida was talking about playing an early build of it over 2 years ago, so I'd be amazed if they have nothing to show by PSX.
Honestly I can't believe that what ever it is, it hasn't been leaked in all these years. But now that I think on it, wasn't there a game deep into development that was shelved? Think it was SP.

I swear to god if it's another soulless "open world" shit i'm gonna be mad

Sony Santa Monica had close to $50m sunk into a new game that was subsequently canned a fair way into development.

Yeah, that.
>This project was in production for a long time, and the platform holder allegedly sunk over $100 million into it before deciding to cut its losses.
Fucken hell. Is it really cheaper to kill it than complete and release it that deep into the game?

If it was as bad as QA testers were saying it was, it might well have been.
Sly 5 when?
Supposedly it has something to do with physics based rendering.

Didn't they sell the rights to sly to that really fucking shitty monkey company?
