My guess is something around 40 mil. I'm a big Nintendo fan but I really can't see the Switch hype train carrying on forever and it certainly won't touch the sales of the Wii or the DS. It'll still beat the Wii U, Gamecube and N64 though, almost entirely on the basis that it's getting a mainline Pokemon title.

Depends on releases, price cuts, new versions of the console, etc.

As-is? 25-35 Million, and being generous. I think it will be better then the Wii U, but not get anywhere near the DS/3DS/Wii.

With price cuts, better media apps, and new versions? 40-60 Million. I think they could easily make a version that is console-only (like the PS TV) and manufacture and sell it waaay cheaper, as well as a mini-switch that is more in-line with the portable market.

I think it all depends on what Nintendo plans to do. While Pokemon is a big turn-on for a lot of people, the price point and current design will be a issue going forward.
