Fucking YES. A lot of what was removed in Watch Dogs and a lot of early downgrades was because of the CPU. No one, not CDPR or even Sony studios, expected the CPU to end up being so potato tier. Case in point: In the Uncharted 4 reveal, there was ground deformation, high level water physics and high end wind replication. All stuff removed by the next playthrough.
