Well there is Noah's ark 3d that's pretty fun but if you mean a full video game that's based on the entire book, then I think you'll have to wait a long long time for it to happen.

That would have been pretty atrocious, keeping in mind how awful the SNES version was, even with an SFX2 chip. On the other hand, it would have been a sensible use of the pass through method, if it made use of a doom or yoshi's island cart, but then few people could be expected to have yoshi's island, and forget doom.
