Youtube and/or Twitch pretty much encourage if not outright require quantity over quality. It doesn't matter what shit you use as content as long you can shit it out daily. I seen people who literally have whole channels for a single game but have stupid ass videos like listing secrets one at a time instead of making a list. The system encourage you to drag it out as long as possible. One reason why top 10 lists that doesn't fucking matters still always pop up, they just pulling content out of their ass. Streamer drag out with speedruns or pick a game that never ends like a MMO, Path of Exile, Binding of Isaac, etc. Honestly if youtube ad revenue wasn't so awful I think making filler videos would be easier but with how shit youtube is I think going for that random $100+ donation is a better payoff.

you're a bit late to the party. Becoming a successful streamer or youtuber at this point will require an immense amount of luck and charisma... Maybe come up with some gimmick that would attract people like being good at speed running popular games, being good at multiple fighting games like Maximilian, being good looking or even a confident ugly hairy fuck like Aris or salty as shit like DSP or LTG. You need to look for that unique something that you can offer and make people interested in you.

One thing I've noticed that attracts people is being energetic and have overly exagerated reactions when playing games. Like play a hard game and complain a lot, say that you gonna quit but then that you won't be beaten by the game. Or play a game that you like and contantly talk about how good it is and how much you're enjoying it.

Youtube also has a bigger audience, so is better to start doing videos and when you got an audience then you start streaming on Twitch. Also make use of social media, especially twitter, and use hashtags to promote your shit.

I used to stream on Twitch... I go by Lucky 7-Eleven but since RL happened and lost of stable Internet I am on a hiatus. Just 2 weeks before losing the said Internet I was streaming on Mixer by the same username.

So this is some super lateral advice, but Im gonna post it because theres so much overlap that its ridiculous.

In the online femdom circle, girls that approach it as "goddess this" or "mistress that" and go whale hunting right off the bat never wind up far. No ones gonna dump a cool 2 grand into your lap overnight. The successful ones are on the chat lines and grinding it out. They maintain blogs and take video requests at prices that aren't outlandish. Hooking in whales is fine if you're a mobile game, but even in that industry theres actually a level of personal interaction. There was one company that did a tell all (I forget which) and they said that they'd regularly check in on the whales, talk with them, throw them extra crystals or whatever.

My honest advice for twitch would be to corner a niche. Pick an obscure game or an old game without many active players and be the best at it. Connect with your audience, have a schedule. You're already playing games for free so if you don't make broadcasting your sessions and maybe even making some friends while you're at it, you might as well make some money doing it possibly.
