Player Unknown Battlegrounds: The /v/ Review

Only buy if you have a decent-good/good PC

Its fun but if you're bad at it you won't have fun.

It's not bad, not my cup of tea but I guess I can see why people like it. My main issue with the game is that it just runs like shit despite looking like ass, it's almost insulting.

Really depends on your taste anon.

If you like psuedo realistic Battle Royale games, or if you like shooters, and the idea of tense gameplay over the course of half an hour or so per game appeals to you, then you'll probably like it.

If not, you wont. You can get the idea of the game from watching 10 minutes of a stream, there's really not much to it.

Things that stand out negatively
>Beast comp/internet required for meh optimization
>Third person corner peaking/camping is gay af and ruins the immersion
>No slow bleed effect(cured by using a bandage or something)

I like it, it's good and would suggest you buy it.

The movement is a bit garbage, feels a bit slidey and the slightest ridge will stop you moving in your tracks if you don't jump perfectly, the performance is shockingly terrible for seemingly no reason, it still looks pretty garbage and yet,

the gunplay is fun somehow, the stealth with lying in grass or bushes, the sound is really good and the networking manages to be good.

It feels like it has no business being fun and yet it's fun.

Overrated and extremely RNG based, it's a pretty fun game to play with friends, though. Gets boring really fast otherwise. IMHO Not worth the 30 dollars.
